The machine does not turn on. The machine is not connected to the

power source.

Connect the machine to the power source.

Contact Electrolux customer service.

The pump is very noisy.

Nowaterow.

No water in the tank. Fill the tank with fresh drinking water.

1. Prime the water circuit.

2. Check correct water tank position.

The loading lever doesn’t reach the

brewing position.

Capsule inserted incorrectly. Empty the used capsule compartment.

Repeat the sequence, open and close the lever. If that

is not enough remove the capsule manually from the

compartment after unplugging the machine.

The coee is cold. Preheat the cup with the hot water.

The coee is brewed too fast, the

brewed coee is not creamy.

Capsule already used. Open the lever and insert a new capsule.

Coee is not brewed or brewed in

drips only.

Coee spout is clogged. Clean the coee spout.

Circuit is not primed Prime the water circuit.

Hot water / steam is not dispensed. Hot water / steam spout is clogged. Clean the steam spout with a needle (the machine

needs to be unplugged and the steam / hot water knob

needs to be closed).

The milk does not froth. Not suitable milk. Use fresh, partially skimmed milk.

The milk is too hot. Use milk at refrigerator temperature.

The hot water / steam spout is clogged. Clean the steam spout with a needle (the machine

needs to be unplugged and the steam / hot water knob

needs to be closed).

The machine requires a lot of time

to heat up.

The machine has limescale build up. Descale the machine.

Problemen Oorzaken Oplossingen

Het apparaat gaat niet aan. De stekker van het apparaat zit niet

goed in het stopcontact.

Steek de stekker in het stopcontact.

Neem contact op met Electrolux Service

De pomp maakt veel lawaai.

Er komt geen water.

Het waterreservoir is leeg. Vul het waterreservoir met schoon drinkwater.’

1. Breng het watercircuit op gang.

2. Controleer de juiste positie van de watertank.

De laadhendel bereikt niet de

brouwpositie.

Cupje verkeerd ingevoerd. Leeg het gebruikte capsulecompartiment.

Herhaal de volgorde, open en sluit de hendel. Als dat

niet voldoende is dient u het cupje te verwijderen uit

het compartiment nadat u de stekker van het apparaat

uit het stopcontact heeft gehaald.

De koe is te koud. Warm de kop voor met heet water.

De koe is te snel gebrouwen, de

gebrouwen koe is niet romig.

Cupje al gebruikt. Open de hendel en plaats een nieuw cupje.

Koe wordt niet gebrouwen of

komt er alleen druppelend uit.

Het koemondstuk is verstopt. Reinig het koemondstuk.

Circuit is niet klaar. Bereid het watercircuit voor.

Heet water / stoom wordt niet

afgegeven.

Heet water / stoommondstuk is

verstopt.

Reinig het stoommondstuk met een naald (u dient de

stekker van het apparaat uit het stopcontact te halen

en de stoom /heet waterknop dient gesloten te zijn).

De melk schuimt niet. Geen geschikte melk. Gebruik verse, halfvolle melk.

De melk is te warm. Gebruik de melk op koelkasttemperatuur.

Het heet water / stoommondstuk is

verstopt.

Reinig het stoommondstuk met een naald (u dient de

stekker van het apparaat uit het stopcontact te halen

en de stoom /heet waterknop dient gesloten te zijn).

De machine heeft lang nodig om op

te warmen.

De machine heeft kalkaanslag. Ontkalk de machine.
